Psychonnaissance Ltd was founded in 2011 by Amanda Pigny to provide clients with specialist expertise and support when selecting and developing their people. With an enduring commitment to professionalism, her aims for Psychonnaissance are to provide clients with unrivalled personal service, responsiveness and flexibility, and excellent value for money. Mandy has worked for large organisations including KPMG and Sony UK Ltd, as well as reputable psychology consultancies, recruitment and selection firms and a psychometric test publisher. With a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, and a degree in Psychology from the Open University, Mandy originally qualified as a Human Resource professional and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. Working mainly with senior appointments with extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, Mandy has over 25 years’ experience utilising psychometric tools and instilling confidence in clients’ selection and development decisions.
