PTC is a centre for pharmaceutical anti-cancer drug formulation, process design, and manufacturing technology development for new and generic small as well as macro-molecule anti-cancer drugs (monoclonal antibodies) in solid and parenteral dosage forms. This centre designs and prepares all pharmaceutical industrial studies required for all pharmaceutical companies that are manufacturing or concerned with manufacturing these anti-cancer medicines for commercial use in their pharmaceutical manufacturing firms. Also, this centre can help cancer research centres, cancer-patient healthcare centres, and academic pharmacy colleges in the universities locally and globally to cover all their needs from formulated samples of anti-cancer drugs for pre-clinical, clinical, and toxicity studies. This centre will offer the clients the following services: - - Formulation and Manufacturing Process Development: New pharmaceutical anti-cancer drugs will be formulated in specific dosage forms to effectively administer to cancer patients. Typical pharmaceutical dosage forms include oral tablets, capsules, solutions, suspensions, and parenteral injections (intravenous (IV), intramuscular (IM)) will be pre-formulated and formulated by high technical standards. Also, PTC can partner with the clients on-site to optimize their needs of manufacturing processes or develop a current manufacturing process and do all the required technical studies for this. -Analysis Method Development of Anti-cancer Drugs and its Validation Services: PTC offers pharmaceutical analysis method development services to support anti-cancer product quality and safety from an early phase of development (R&D) through to the manufacturing process and postmarketing. Analysis method development will reveal the required characterization, identification, and determination of the raw materials used in the manufacturing of anti-cancer drug products as well as the specifications and assays of final anti-cancer drug products.
