About PTS Coaching
PTS Coaching, LLC, founded by Cindy Goldrich, provides Education and Support for Parents, Educators and Mental Health Professionals dealing with ADHD and Executive Function Challenges. We run Parent workshops, Teacher Trainings, and train professionals to become ADHD Parent Coaches. Our mission is to bring strength and confidence to people who learn, think, and perform outside conventional norms. Services offered in person, phone, and via live video chats. As an ADHD Coach on Long Island, NY, Cindy Goldrich, Ed. M. specializes in working with families who struggle with ADHD, Executive Function issues, and the challenges of the teen years. I can: • Provide you and your family with education and support to begin to reduce the blame, pessimism and stress that so often exists for the ADHD student and their family. • Identify needs, set goals and build strategies necessary to compensate for their difficulties, and help students learn to use their ADHD as their STRENGTH. • Teach techniques for maintaining focus, staying on task, and improving time management and organizational skills. • Consult with your other professionals (teachers, therapists, psychiatrists) to ensure that we are all working effectively and in unison on your behalf.
