The Public Impact® mission is to improve education dramatically for all students, especially students whose needs have not yet been well met. Our work is designed to contribute to dramatic improvements in the quality of education and related policy supports in the United States. We are a team of professionals from many backgrounds, including former teachers. We are researchers, thought leaders, policy experts, tool-builders, and on-the-ground consultants who work with leading education reformers. We are the founders of the national Opportunity Culture® initiative, which extends the reach of excellent teachers and their teams to more students, for more pay, within regular budgets.
