About Public Mental Health

"When you know better, you do better" The foundational idea of thePublicMentalHealth.org came about back in 2019, when as part of a student project, we launched a social media campaign on Facebook. The purpose of the campaign was to promote awareness of research-based information on mental health. The campaign was based on the strong belief that when individuals have better information, they are able to take sound decisions and better care of themselves as well as those around them. Now, with the support of the various organizations, we have the opportunity to promote the awareness of mental health in collaboration with various stakeholders in the community. Through this project, we hope to share research-based information with you on a regular basis and provide basic peer support.
