My story – Hello everyone! My name is Lucila De La Cruz but everybody knows me as Puchi since I was a baby. I’m from Granada, Spain. In 2010 I moved over to Chippenham, during my first 2 years I worked as a room attendant at The Manor House Hotel in Castle Combe and followed this as Head Housekeeper in The Methuen Arms Corsham. Both of these Hotels required a high standard of cleaning and close attention to detail. During my time in Spain I was the co-owner of various Hospitality businesses one of which was a Hostel in which I was in charge of the Administration/Laundry/Ironing. This along with my experience as a housewife and mother of my 3 children has allowed me to gain a varied range of skills which I have been able to transfer into Puchi Cleaning Services. Since I started my company on my own in 2013, which was a struggle due to my problem with the English language (something that hasn’t improved much but I’m still trying) we have grown and I am proud to have such a good and reliable team of cleaners which have all been instructed by me. During these past few years we have achieved an extended list of happy customers and I am confident that we will continue to grow as we have so far, and hope that you chose to join us in this journey.
