About Puget Sound Association of Phi Beta Kappa
The Puget Sound Association of Phi Beta Kappa, based in Seattle, is a chartered association for Phi Beta Kappa members living in western Washington state to promote scholarship, fellowship, and cultural interests. PSA-PBK encourages and supports excellence in education through a very active awards and recognition program as well as a variety of member activities. Our annual book awards and scholarships are dedicated to acknowledging the accomplishments of outstanding students, while our Pathfinder Awards recognize extraordinary leaders in promoting high quality learning. The activities are designed to provide continued learning experiences and fellowship for members. Founded on January 22, 1953, our association is open to all Phi Beta Kappa members elected by any chapter. Currently we have about 400 members.
