Headquartered in Findlay, Ohio, Pukka combines our overseas proprietary production process with first-class customer service, industry leading product development and creative design capabilities to deliver complete custom headwear solutions at the lowest minimums. We have been a core supplier of custom headwear, apparel and other accessory products to specialty retail brands since 1992. Beyond traditional large volume production, we recognized that small retailers and brands alike have a demand for total customization capability in low minimum orders. With that in mind, in 2003 we built and launched our proprietary B-to-B supply chain solution to fulfill this demand. SETTING THE STANDARD Pukka's 100% custom headwear and apparel programs were built out of an understanding that independent shops and small brands deserve access to the same custom manufacturing quality and design capabilities traditionally available to only large brands. Our unique supply chain solution includes a production process where the components of every hat are assembled and fully personalized as one process on one production line.
