Pulice Construction, Inc., founded in 1956, is a heavy civil general engineering contractor and construction manager. Pulice has built successful projects over the years for both public and private owners, under Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Construction Manager at Risk, and Public-Private-Partnership (P3) delivery methods. Our project experience includes work in three primary market sectors – Transportation, Wastewater, and Water. Transportation sector includes airports, bridges, roads, and highways. Water sector includes dams, reservoirs, and distribution mains. Wastewater sector includes sanitary/storm sewer, treatment plants, and pump stations. Pulice performs work throughout the southwestern United States, with regional offices located in Arizona, California, and Texas. We employ, develop, and promote great builders. Our project management team excels at constructability reviews, value engineering, cost estimating, project scheduling, and subcontracting. We ensure our clients a seamless transition between the design and construction phases, with a focus on saving time and money. Pulice is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dragados S.A., one of the world’s largest heavy civil contractors.
