PuraVida is a bespoke personal training company that organises movement training for individuals or groups. Our mission is to deliver training and consultation services that are customised to our client's individual needs and that will significantly change the way you look and - more importantly - feel. We work with small groups to ensure a workout that satisfies specific training needs, whilst preventing injury, promoting flexibility, elasticity and mobility to counteract the 'all day at the desk' posture.
