Although our name has changed, our goal has remained the same: To provide Total Supply Solutions for our clients. In 1988, Pittsburgh Purchasing Services, Inc. was formed to serve the needs of purchasing professionals in the greater Pittsburgh area. Since then, we have delivered purchasing services to, and developed strong relationships with, a wide range of clients around the world. As a result, in 1999, we changed our name to Purchasing Services Co. (PSC) to recognize our global market. Our staff includes professionals with experience in Purchasing and other related fields, complemented by a highly trained support team. This enables us to provide complete strategic supplier management. PSC's supplier evaluation system identifies and tracks supplier data that provides an objective analysis allowing informed decision making. We gather and evaluate supplier accident and injury statistics, Insurance Certificates, Prime/Subcontractor relationships, Legal Citizen Status, and etc. Gain instant access to a fully-developed high performance supplier evaluation and tracking system that is based upon the specific criteria as defined by your requirements, without the cost of internal programming.
