We systemise the delivery and instruction of traditional Indian cookery, without compromising the quality of the food. Our meal kits division has enabled us to take an artisan spice process and not compromise the integrity of our product offering. This allows us to reach more customers with our hand-ground blends and award-winning pastes, both on an individual or corporate scale, whether it be for professional Chefs, or for the home cook searching for authenticity. We connect with our customers on a personal level (often C-level or company directors in their professional life) and know the dishes, products and areas in cookery that excite them, whether as a workshop experience or as a gift box experience. This has been hugely insightful and acted as a steering force when creating meal kits and putting together the e-instructions to ensure best market fit. Ways of life have changed, but the fundamental needs of people remain the same – wanting tasty food prepared with love and stellar service from a company that cares. No one can deny the happiness that they feel when they think of mum’s home cooking. Although a corporate environment is more formal, deep down, they still want that same feeling.
