As this infrastructure reaches its life cycle the replacement strains an already tight operating budget and stricter EPA guidelines provide no relief. Utilities need to do more with less. We were certified water and wastewater operators working for a utility. We had a knack for problem solving and we knew the trenches. We also knew we could do more to meet the need for clean water. So we started PureOps to create an alternative. We believe resolving water and wastewater woes should be straightforward and address the source of the problem. It should also leave money in the bank. Only 1% of the world’s water is suitable for drinking. And we wanted to bring responsible solutions. PureOps has expanded to serve commercial and residential water and wastewater needs. We also partner with non-profits to bring clean drinking water to the millions of people in the world who do not have access to safe water . There’s nothing complicated about it.
