We are contract manufacturers of foods, supplements, nutritional, and weight loss/gain formulations for retail brands, big and small. ALN specialises in supplements and meal replacement sachet manufacturing, product development, formulating and supplying products that is retail ready. Based on the Gold Coast, ALN currently manufactures several sports nutrition, health, weight management, and nutrition brands within Australia. On staff we have our own Chef, flavour development technician, Food Technologists, nutritionists, and Quality assurance staff with an in depth knowledge of nutrition and food manufacturing. ALN have developed or assisted in the development of retail products for various large multi-national companies and very successful sports nutrition companies; Logistical advantage includes but is not limited to; blending, packaging, sachets,stick packs,tub filling doy pack,heat shrink,form fill pillow pack warehousing and shipping in one facility. Our technical services are designed to produce consistent product quality through computerised formulation and manufacturing procedures. Detailed specifications from the batching of raw materials through to the finished products are maintained and adhered to. Our Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP) and Quality Assurance programs ensure complete traceability of all raw materials used in our processes. ALN operates under the strict H.A.C.C.P guidelines audited by SGS regularly.
