Our services include a range of needs from extracting standing water and drying out the underlying flooring and potentially inside walls to demolition & removal of damaged materials to mitigating mold that may have formed. With demolition and removal from water damage there can exist the need to repair &/or reinstall to leave an affected room (or rooms) back to pre-loss condition. Less common, but no less important, are cleanup and remediation from damage caused by fire, including smoke odor elimination. We also work with municipalities and other agencies to address biohazard clean-up. PuroClean of the Chagrin Valley is positioned to provide quick service, as the name implies, to the Chagrin Valley and surrounding areas in NE Ohio. We are located in Bainbridge Township and serve to the North and West to cover the Chagrin Falls/Chesterland/Gates Mills areas, including Pepper Pike, and East to Burton/Middlefield/Huntsburg & surrounding areas. To the South we serve from Aurora and Streetsboro to Kent and over to Ravenna, Mantua and Hiram. Our principal focus is helping when and wherever needed and we will mobilize to assist across Northeast Ohio, and beyond. Our owner, Steve Jenson's, Customer Service Philosophy: My Customer service philosophy is fairly simple. I believe Customers are so important that the word is always capitalized in our internal and external communications. This is a subtle point, but it underscores and emphasizes just who we are working for. We will be humble before our Customers. We will strive to understand what is most important to them and will derive our satisfaction from their satisfaction with the service that we provide. Back to the application of the Golden Rule, this is what I would want of a service such as ours were my family and I to be in need.
