I'm the Director and Founder of Pursuit Coaching & Development, offering Executive Coaching, Leadership & Career Coaching. I specialise in working with professionals in accounting, financial services, and other professional services. I help ambitious individuals—particularly those in Big 4 and mid-tier firms—build the confidence, clarity and presence they need to progress into senior leadership roles. With over 15 years' coaching experience and a former career at PwC, I understand the high-performance cultures of Big 4 and mid-tier firms. I now partner with individuals, teams, and global organisations to support leadership growth, effective communication, and career progression. I work closely with both men and women, with a particular focus on supporting women navigating the path to Director, Partner or equivalent roles. I also provide bespoke coaching solutions and leadership development training for global accounting associations, helping them support their members working across countries and time zones. This includes developing leadership capability, supporting career progression, and improving communication and collaboration in remote and cross-border contexts. I am a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and abide by the Global Code of Ethics for coaches, mentors and supervisors.
