Precision Machining: We have a fleet of CNC machining centres and equipment that ensure final dimensions and surface finishes meet or exceed customer specifications. Heat Treatment: Our digitally controlled heat treatment facility includes robotic furnace systems calibrated to API standards. We conduct processes such as normalising, austenitising, tempering, and more, with meticulous documentation to ensure precise metallurgical outcomes. In-House Testing & Quality Assurance: We comply with API 20B and international standards, employing non-destructive and destructive testing methods, backed by a fully equipped metallurgical lab. Each shipment includes detailed Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and Mill Test Certificates (MTCs).
