Every business has a story, and we’re pretty proud of ours. Q2Q was born out of frustration with the lack of plain-speaking, honest, and affordable IT services so we set out to change the way IT support was offered to SMEs. All these years later, and with over 100 years of specialist IT experience between us, we’ve become renowned for being a friendly bunch of technical experts, dedicated to taking the strain out of IT, but with exceptional customer service at our core. Lead by a complete non techie with an Operations background, this gives us the edge that keeps us focused on relationships as much as technical solutions, and we ensure that you feel like we are part of your team, not just a supplier. We get to know our clients, their company objectives and what makes them tick, so that we can deliver IT support tailored to their needs not just for today, but also with an eye on their future aspirations. We recruit based on attitude, experience, and technical ability – in that order. After all, the most technically capable candidate would be of limited value to us if they couldn’t effectively communicate with our customers.
