About QB Snacks

QB’s Snacks was founded in 2021 and came from Graham Manson’s quest to find a satisfying & nutritious snack product that would fit with his dietary requirements at that time. Recovering from a work-related injury sustained in his former role as a Marine Engineer, Graham implemented a Keto eating regime as part of his plan to assist with weight control. The snack product he envisaged would need to fill the gaps between regular meals, be light on the palate & delicious, but also nutritious. Critical aspects were 100% natural ingredients and no additives. From this vision and many hours of hard work, QB’s cheese snacks was born. The product was high in protein, with no carbs, lactose free & gluten free. Naturally Keto friendly and also vegetarian. Originally made at home just for himself, QB’s Crunchy Cheese proved a huge hit with family & friends who urged him to produce the product in quantities that could be shared with others. Accordingly, Graham designed a unique process to produce QB’s on a commercial scale. Initially sold at the Nelson Farmer’s market, the news spread rapidly and QB’s is now sold at a wide range of specialist stores as well as currently rolling out to the mass retail sector.
