Founded by Mark Weeks in 1997 as Quality Direct Insurance, offering mortgage and investment advice, QD Mortgage & Financial Services Limited has succeeded in expanding whilst maintaining a personal service for all our clients. In addition to servicing clients in our hometown of Eastbourne and surrounding areas, we also provide advice to many clients nationally on a remote basis. Whilst we embrace the use of modern technology, we fully appreciate that when arranging the finance for the largest purchase of their lives, clients should still have the facility to speak with their allocated adviser when they wish to. This is a facility that we proudly guarantee our clients should they choose to support our service. We have also managed to retain the same loyal supporting staff members from when the company began until the present day. Providing excellence in Mortgage and Protection advice, QD also specialises in the complex market of Equity Release, only advising on products covered by the” no negative equity guarantee”.
