(QEMS) was incorporated in Charlotte, NC in January, 2002 by a partnership of investors and seasoned engineers with a long history of working together in the manufacture of printed circuit board assemblies, cable assemblies, and electronic systems. Their experience has included PCB design, Quality Systems(ISO9000, QS9000),Interconnect Standards (IPC610), purchasing, SMT, MRP, and a full range of technologies and techniques essential to success in the Electronic Manufacturing business. The expertise and experience of the Senior Partners is supplemented by a staff experienced in Purchasing, Test, Assembly, and Quality Systems. The result is a company whosecollective experience enables it to serve customers with the knowledge of a more established company,while maintaining an entrepeneurial approach to creative solutions. We can offer a highly experienced workforce capable of producing the highest quality products. QEMS is aware that Electronic Business is constantly changing and we are committed to identifying and utilizing the technologies and capitol equipment best suited to the demands of the future while employing the best of what the past has taught us. For the customer this means that to the traditional offering of consignment EMS, QEMS can provide Technical Design Manufacturing Services, such as Design for Manufacturing. We at QEMS, Inc. are extremely interested in developing long term relationships with top flight companies, and we believe we can offer very aggressive pricing on through hole or SMT printed circuit assemblies, in any quantity range from prototypes to medium volume runs. We are also equipped to produce a wide variety of cable assemblies / cable harnesses, and we have the capability to perform pc board rework / repair services for your operation.
