Qingjian International (South Pacific) Group Development Co., Pte Ltd was originally incorporated in Singapore in 2003 as Qingjian Group Co. Ltd., Singapore Branch. When Qingjian International (South Pacific) Group Development Co., Pte Ltd was formally established in 2012, it took over all the operations and qualifications held by Qingjian Group Singapore Branch. Its establishment signalled Qingjian Group’s aim of localising its operations in Singapore as well as deepening its presence here and in the region for long-term growth. Qingjian International (South Pacific) holds a General Building A1 Licence, the highest classification for contractors’ regulation issued by BCA, allowing the company to tender for public sector construction projects of unlimited contract value.
