Tim Haynes founded QQ Organisation Development in 2025 to be able offer his expert consulting support to individuals, teams and organisations who are committed to realising their full performance potential. QQ OD embodies the fusion of Quantitative as well as Qualitative data - bringing together objective facts and evidence to compliment more subjective and intuitive data to help inform the development of effective people and organisational change strategies and approaches.
