Mics, Indicators, Calipers, Etc.), Torque (2K) & Force (50K) Calibration, Complete On-Site Calibration of most major inspection instruments and equipment including but not limited to Coordinate Measuring Machines, Granite Surface Plates, Hardness Testers, Hand Tools, Electronic Test & Measurement Equipment, Optical Comparators, etc. All calibration includes Long Form Certifications with before and after measurements including comprehensive Uncertainty Statements. QCS hosts our own Web Site and can provide either hard copy or electronic certifications utilizing our "Real Time, Copywrited On-Line Gage Management System capable of handling an infinite amount of gaging or instruments while providing its users with secure On-Line Access to their gage information at anytime. QCS maintains 5 state of the art Climate (1 degree) & Environmentally Controlled Labs in our new 20K Sq Ft Metrology Facility. Additionally, QCS represents most Major OEM Gage and Metrology equipment manufactures and offers very competively priced gage and equipment replacements if needed.
