About Quality Catering

Quality Catering provides nutritious hot lunches, breakfasts, sack lunches and snacks to approximately 15,000 children and adults in child care centers, preschools, child development centers and adult day care centers in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin, including the Chicago and Milwaukee areas. We have organic and vegetarian menu options. A registered dietitian oversees menus to ensure meals meet nutrition and growth guidelines and nutritional value, while our commissary is USDA-inspected daily to ensure food safety and quality. Children who are served our food consume 85 percent of it, which shows they love what they're eating and they get the nutrients the meals provide. If the current food provider at your center is at or below 70 percent food consumption, that's a failing grade. We also offer customers presentations on healthy eating. Because of our size and experience, we're able to provide children's hot lunches at a price substantially below that of a brown bag lunch or lunches provided by other private services. We employ about 70 people. We're located in the northern Illinois community of Gurnee. Simply put, Quality Catering is "First in Nutrition." Our menus are "Smart Meals for Growing Minds."
