As management, clinical and environmental consultants we have previously undertaken in-depth gap analysis and prepared sites for re-accreditation site audits with a 100% success rate in services achieving compliance. A part of the preparation for accreditation has been undertaking risk profiling of a group of high-risk consumers, and Consumer Experience Surveys using the ACQSC Consumer Experience Survey Questions. The use of the risk profiling and survey has allowed gaps that had not been identified through other monitoring processes to be identified and addressed prior to the site audits. We have also assisted sanctioned services and services with Notices of requirement to take action, to achieve compliance where high levels of non-compliance had been identified by the ACQSC.
