Quality Compliance and Innovation Pty Ltd is a privately owned and operated aged care consultancy service. The types of services we offer include: • Supplier of innovative risk profiling software for consumer risk profiling • Supplier of Consumer experience survey software. • Assisting aged care services with identified non-compliance to achieve compliance • Assisting services with self-assessment and gap analysis prior to re-accreditation site audits or quality reviews • Surveying consumers to gauge their level of satisfaction with care and services provided by service providers, to identify any gaps or areas for improvement • Training specialists in Aged Care Quality Standards, Serious Incident Response Systems, and Restrictive Practice. As management, clinical and environmental consultants we have previously undertaken in-depth gap analysis and prepared sites for re-accreditation site audits with a 100% success rate in services achieving compliance. A part of the preparation for accreditation has been undertaking risk profiling of a group of high-risk consumers, and Consumer Experience Surveys using the ACQSC Consumer Experience Survey Questions. The use of the risk profiling and survey has allowed gaps that had not been identified through other monitoring processes to be identified and addressed prior to the site audits. We have also assisted sanctioned services and services with Notices of requirement to take action, to achieve compliance where high levels of non-compliance had been identified by the ACQSC.
