THE QUALITY HOME SERVICES STORY In 1985, Mr. Bart Richey and Ms. Donna Holstein saw a need for safe, clean water in the central valley. With a total of three employees, they started their business under the name of B & D Quality Water as an affiliate of RainSoft Water Treatment. With a passion for providing excellent customer service to their clients, they soon became one of the Nation’s top 10 dealers. As a home services business, we strive to provide top quality, state of the art products for our customers. Our business expanded to offer water filters, air purification units, tankless water heaters, whole house standby generators and solar energy options. For over thirty years, our business has operated on the simple principle of “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” As a second generation, family-owned and operated business, we are deeply invested providing our customers with environmentally responsible products that can improve their quality of life. Today, with 3 locations and over 150 employees working under the name of Quality Home Services, our business is thriving. Donna’s children, Joe, and Jill have taken over the roles of President and Vice President and look forward to carrying on their family’s legacy as the business continues to grow.
