Paul Mills began his career in the HVAC industry in 1985 and advanced through a variety of managerial positions, which ultimately led him to establish his own company. Since that time, he has successfully operated several leading home services businesses and is dedicated to delivering high-quality results. Through his proven system, we aim to share this expertise with entrepreneurs nationwide to create outstanding, top-tier home services franchises. The franchise will operate under the Quality Pro Services brand, offering comprehensive HVAC services including installation, maintenance, repair, and indoor air quality solutions for residential and commercial clients. QPS locations must adhere to the franchisor's standards, using approved suppliers and the Operations Manual.
