This includes: Reducing waste materials going to landfill. Reducing virgin aggregates being used in construction/reinstatement. Increasing the usage of recycled aggregates. Supporting businesses in achieving their carbon reduction/net zero targets. Our operation is ideally located, adjacent to the M1 and within the M25 perimeter to give easy access for our customers. This includes: A quality management system with ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO45001 accreditation. An in house team of material experts. A comprehensive testing regime aligned with the respective legislative requirements. All testing carried out by an independent UKAS accredited laboratory (Socotec). Annual EA audits. Within our 8 acre site we have multiples screeners, crushers etc. and can also produce stabilised materials. Some of our recycled materials include: 803 Type 1 (Standard for Highway Works, Series 800) Class A graded granular (NRSWA SRoH v4) Fine fill (NRSWA SRoH v4) 6N (Standard for Highway Works, Series 600) Class 1A (Standard for Highway Works, Series 600) NFSMR (NRSWA SRoH v4) - We are a hub site/producer for SMR UK All of our materials are produced in accordance with WRAPs quality protocol for aggregates from inert waste. We have supported Street Works UK in the transition from RPS211 to RPS298/299 and into SWUK’s Material Classification Protocol.
