I joined Thermo Fisher South Africa as XRF and OE Field Service Engineer at the end of 2001. During my employment as Thermo Fisher Field Service Engineer I have won all the Service Engineer of the Year rewards (Six consecutive years) and got elected as XRF Team Leader. I was promoted to Service Manager South Africa at the end of 2010 and then got promoted to Service Group Leader Southern Africa at the end of 2011. I opened Quality Spectrometer Services in the beginning of 2013 to provide better-quality services, at an affordable rate, to brand loyal customers, who like myself believe in the quality and capability of Thermo Fisher Scientific instruments. During almost 19 years of working with Thermo Fisher South Africa I have had the privilege to travel globally on behalf of Thermo Fisher South Africa and I established outstanding relationships with their customers, to the extent where majority of customers requested myself, by name, when follow-up and future visits were planned. My experience and knowledge in the field of XRF and OE Services, Repairs and Calibrations is of great supremacy.
