Qualpass offers organisations the option to set up profiles for each of it's employees enabling the proof of not just the competency of the organisation but also the individuals carrying out it's work. In addition Qualpass will help with the monitoring of training needs by flagging up qualifications or certificates that are due for renewal. Individuals can have a Qualpass profile which holds all the information relevant to their career including records of academic and vocational qualifications, contact details, current employer details and verified scans of certificates. CVs and references can also be included. A short promotional video can also be included. Your Qualpass profile can be accessed anywhere at any time as long as you have an internet connection. Your information is secure and password protected only viewable by other when you choose to share it. Sharing accomplished via an email from your profile and like yourself, the client or third party you are sharing your profile with can view it anywhere at any time except that they will only have access to it for 7 days. Finally, employees and individuals can carry the Qualpass, photo ID card listing up to 10 qualifications with, where relevant, their expiry dates. The validity of each card can be checked at any time by entering the unique card number into the Qualpass site.
