Qualsurv International Ltd provides contract support services to the engineering and construction industries, both in the UK and internationally. The regions in which we have provided our services include every corner of the UK, most of Europe, South America, the Middle East, the Far East and Australasia. Our experience in construction projects includes (but is not limited to) general building and civil engineering projects, rail and road construction, onshore renewable energy, traditional and nuclear power generation, engineering manufacture and more. Each member of our team has between 25 to 40 years of industry experience enabling them to a high standard of service, and by working together Qualsurv can provide a complete solution to meet the exacting standards required for large value and/or high profile engineering and construction projects Our team of highly qualified and experienced professionals includes contracts managers, quantity surveyors, claims consultants and delay analysts. Our managers and consultants work closely with our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from tender support, contract drafting and negotiation, supply chain management, contract management, identification and substantiation of variations and extension of time, and dispute avoidance. Our aim is to maximise project value and cashflow whilst minimising disputes. Where clients are already in dispute, Qualsurv provides representation and support in formal mediation, Construction Act adjudication, FIDIC adjudication, international arbitration and litigation.
