About Quantum® ADR

Quantum® Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) was founded by Jeff Soilson and Ashleigh Louis, PhD to emphasize compassionate conflict resolution through Coaching and 360° Mediation. Our aim is to effectively navigate entangled relationships rather than attempting to sever them completely or establish the dominance of one party over the other. We've witnessed firsthand the detrimental impact of high-conflict relationships on children and adults, alike. This ignited our passion to resolve conflict through an interdisciplinary approach that is informed from both a legal and mental health perspective to help people discover unique solutions that maximize healthy resolution for all parties. Rather than winners and losers, we encourage focusing on the wellbeing of individuals and their relationships, in whatever forms those take.
