About Quantum Management Center
Welcome to the Quantum Management Center. Drawn from the principles of quantum physics and complexity science, and originated by Professor Danah Zohar (Oxford), Quantum Management Theory, offers an all-embracing, 21st century, philosophical framework for management thinking, that can assist individuals, organizations and communities to chart a radically new path and direction. Zohar’s groundbreaking work has over the past 30 years been embraced by many successful initiatives around the world, from large global organisations to fellow management thinkers. In 2012, Haier China began the corporate implementation of Quantum Management Theory with its revolutionary Rendanheyi Management Model, designed by CEO Zhang Ruimin. The Quantum Management Center has recently been founded by Professor Zohar and a team of her colleagues, with the intention to provide a co-creative, interactive platform that serves as a community hub for anyone with an interest in quantum thought in action. We are going to be offering - Networking opportunities, coaching, online courses and certification, leadership development, practical and experiential learning for the implementation and adaptation of Rendanheyi and ecosystem models, concept cafes, podcasts, the latest research into new quantum organizational initiatives, channels of experts, events and much, much more. The Quantum Management Center can also provide consultation and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies for organisations wishing to transform into quantum organizations and business ecosystems.
