Since 2017, our team of design, engineering, and construction experts has been using building science practices to meet the growing demand for comfortable, cost-efficient, and ecologically smart buildings. While the roots of our business lie in the design and construction of high-efficiency custom homes, today we provide a range of prefab building solutions for commercial, residential, and mixed-use new builds and retrofits. Quantum is proud to be Canada's first prefab builder with 4 Passive House Institute (PHI)–certified panels. This year, we've introduced a series of over-cladding panels to respond to Canada's urgent need to retrofit existing building stock. These panels attach to new and existing structures and are a tool to affordably and quickly transform existing buildings to net zero or net zero ready performance levels. We design and produce our innovative prefab panels at our specialized facility in Minden, Ontario, and serve customers across North America. To maximize the impact of our energy-efficient building expertise, we also provide hands-on training to skilled trade professionals.
