About Quantum Resource Professionals
Established in 2002 as Quantum Health Professionals, we set out to meet the rising need for allied and nursing health professionals in the Midwest. Our staffing model has been widely accepted and has resulted in phenomenal growth. Quantum currently employs clinicians traveling nationwide and locally in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Illinois, North Carolina and South Carolina. Since the beginning, we have also used our staffing model to help school administrators avoid staffing shortages in specialized positions such as school nurses, psychologists, therapists, special ed teachers and STEM teachers. Due to our growth in this area, Quantum Education Professionals was established as a separate business. Within Quantum Education Professionals, we developed a one-step, full circle solution for administrators to manage contract services called Q360 Workforce Solutions. We wanted to help administrators do more, and this popular option frees up time and resources for other tasks. Quantum’s leadership team is comprised of clinicians and educators who understand the needs of their customers because they have direct experience in their markets. Using this experience as a guide, they have developed a unique work environment for their employees: they understand the challenges professionals face in the workplace and can identify the barriers most professionals face when trying to find a balance between their careers and personal lives.
