Building on his 22 years working in the London market, Alex drove Quantum’s rapid expansion from start-up to thriving business. Fellow director Peter Streames came on board in 2009, bringing a wealth of experience from underwriting business in South and South East Asia. In 2018, Neil Sheppard joined as a partner, bringing with him decades of expertise, to run a new office in Victoria.
