About Queen City Elder Care
At Queen City Elder Care, our owners and management team are Certified Dementia Practitioners and Trainers, providing expert dementia care and caregiver direction. We’re the only agency in the state with a Nationally Certified Activity Director who tailors a Lifestyle Activity Assessment, providing meaningful activities to each client’s cognitive level. Compassion, Knowledge, and Expertise are the qualities that drive our business. We hire, train, and manage our team members based on those principles, and consequently, Queen City Elder Care has had the highest quality reviews from clients and their families for the last nine years, as posted on Caring.com. Our goal has been to be the best at providing quality care for clients experiencing dementia because it is the hardest and most complex disease that is affecting seniors at an increasing rate. Many people have been experiencing declining cognitive abilities for over a decade, consequently, requiring changing levels of support and care that is specific to the conditions created by the disease. Both the owners and management are Certified Dementia Practitioners. The Queen City Elder Care managers provide ongoing training for our caregivers, which results in better client outcomes. Our managers work alongside our team in the field providing support and education, so they are comfortable and competent. Queen City Elder Care can help anyone needing assistance to safely stay at their home throughout the time needed. We are responsive to any concerns that may arise throughout the time we provide support to both the family members and the client.
