About Queen City Mutiny

Queen City Mutiny is an MLS Next Academy with the objective being geared towards identifying, developing and nurturing able, motivated and talented future players from all cultures and backgrounds. The QCM philosophy, with its overall holistic approach, is focused on the encouragement of individual creativity and player intelligence. We create controlled environments that gradually move players out of their perceived comfort zones thereby challenging them to develop solutions to real time game situations. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are a selective organization that caters to excellence, with set ideals on which young athletes abilities are carefully considered before being offered a place on one of our development squads. Player numbers are controlled and limited per age category allowing us to ensure the very best quality of team and individual training. Our European style soccer program and curriculum is youth specific and unique in its design and purpose as we look to ‘treat and train the child as a whole’. In addition to on field technical, tactical and physical training we also incorporate classroom sessions that work on in depth game analysis and psychological aspects of the sport.
