Our Mission: "Every woman and girl achieving an extraordinary existence". Q.i.M.P. enhances the dignity and quality of life using a repository of resources for the advancement of women and girls personally, professionally, financially, spiritually and physically. We will strengthen communities, eliminate barriers to opportunity, and help women and girls reach their full potential through the realization of their purpose. Our Vision: A woman’s self-esteem, self-image, and self-confidence are greatly enhanced as she learns her purpose, her various gifts, talents and abilities. Every woman and girl will realize the opportunity to achieve her potential, operate in her purpose, and to excel and enhance all aspects of her existence. "Together WE can" Our Purpose: As an organization of professional women, we utilize our collective and diverse backgrounds to create a network of support while gently guiding women and girls to reach for the things they dream about. We teach them to be confident and bold while helping build self-esteem through coaching, leadership exercises, workshops and youth programs. Our goal is to empower women and girls to fulfill aspirations of professional and personal success through training and utilization of local resources. We build connections among women in business to promote community growth and host a platform for advertising and enhancing businesses. The organization is designed as a resource for professional, social and personal growth.
