QuERI-International maintains one of the largest, most complete sets of global industry, trade, employment, market demand, and macroeconomic data in the world. QuERI models and data have been used by major companies, consulting firms, governments for analysis of changing patterns of production, trade, and market demand. Complete QuERI Global Dataset at the ISIC3 Detail covering 72 countries including consistent, vetted, cleaned, data on industrial output, international trade, employment, prices, and market demand estimates based on splits developed using individual country and year IO models. The database at the ISIC3 level of detail has over 400,000 series from agricultural products to personal services. It includes both macro and microeconomic series based on an integrated global model. QuERI's goal in making this data available as a complete set for the first time and at prices with limited exclusions to allow private companies and public institutions to develop models, applications, and studies based on a large, stabilized, snapshot of the global economy over a long time period. QuERI-International's Principle Researcher, Dr. David L Blond, has been working since the mid-1970's on developing a multi-sector, multi-country data base capable for the analysis of the changes in economic and trade structures within the global economy. This research started in Geneva, Switzerland at UNCTAD, continued at the US Department of Defense, then at DRI/McGraw-Hill with the development of both a commercial model of ocean and air trade on a bilateral basis and developing industrial output models to complement the trade models, later at several smaller consulting firms. Dr. Blond has had joint relationships with both WEFA creating the World Industry Service (now part of IHS Global Insight), with Oxford Economics, and the Economist Intelligence Unit.
