Our 7-step mentor program offers a unique and simplified approach to help young adults navigate recovery with self-awareness, a balanced lifestyle and positive coping skills. Mentors provide one-on-one guidance and encourage mentees to engage in various recreational offerings and community based activities. Recovery is a continual process of change and renewal to find the best possible version of ourselves and to find our unlimited ability to respond and be responsible for our own lives. The quest mentor program combined with our weekly recreational offerings, monthly educational workshops and community service all function to build a continuum of support to strengthen the resiliency and connection that are vital to our health and well-being. There is no "I" in this process, only a "we."
