QuestFit is a platform designed to streamline the athlete recruitment process by connecting athletes, guardians, coaches, and scouts in a comprehensive ecosystem. It offers tools that simplify player development, recruitment, and scouting. Athletes can showcase their skills, track progress, and connect with scouts and coaches through QuestFit. They can upload metrics to be verified by QuestFit, which are then posted on their profile, offering the same benefits as attending a showcase without the high costs. Athletes also receive a QScore, an algorithmic grade summarizing their college prospect status on a 1-10 scale, which they can use to search QuestFit's database of over 1,650 baseball programs, also graded on a 1-10 scale (QRank), to find their best athletic and academic fit. Guardians can stay informed and involved in the recruitment process by monitoring progress, communicating with coaches, and gaining insights into the recruitment landscape, helping them support their athlete's career. Coaches can write player reports, create and share rosters, and contact colleges to promote their players, effectively helping athletes advance to the next level. Scouts benefit from QuestFit’s database and tools, enabling them to write player reports, create/manage recruiting boards, and collaborate with their team to make informed decisions about recruits. By connecting all parties in one network, QuestFit creates an efficient, transparent recruiting ecosystem to help athletes, coaches, and scouts to succeed.
