About Quidita

Quidita was formed by a group of people with deep experience of shaping and delivering global transformation programmes and business/IT change portfolios, combined with experience of, and a reputation for, setting global standards and undertaking research in leadership and managing complexity. Between us we have over 100 years of successes, and failures, in Programme, Project and Change Management in both traditional and agile environments. Our associates bring further wide-ranging experience from Programme Management, Change Management and developing Target Operating Models for global organisations, through to data analytics and Machine Learning / AI. All too often, there is a gap between the value that an organisation’s strategy is designed to deliver and what is actually delivered. We decided to do something to help organisations address this. We reimagined the information organisations need to make more effective, data driven decisions that help to ensure that strategy, goals and objectives are delivered as expected. Our game changing CONNECT tool was developed to deliver this information, highlighting business performance and delivery risks in a way that enhances data driven decision making on ”course correction” while also helping leaders manage business complexity. Looking forward, we plan to push the boundaries of what AI can do to deliver foresight about where risk lies in a business, further enhancing the support we provide to help organisations assure business success.
