About Quiet Light Collective
At our core, we create sacred spaces where women can explore their identities, heal, and empower themselves through ceremony, intuitive practices, wisdom-sharing gatherings, and workplace wellness workshops. Founded by Rachel, a dedicated women’s wellness practitioner with over 13 years of experience as an educator, our work is deeply rooted in nurturing the well-being of women as they navigate the transformative stages of life. We offer three key branches of services, each designed to empower women and foster well-being: 1. Ceremonial Circles for Women’s Life Milestones & Wellness Retreats We create meaningful ceremonial experiences that honor life transitions—birth, motherhood, loss, and other milestones—while fostering connection and reflection. These ceremonial spaces encourage women to celebrate and embrace the depth of their journeys. 2. 1:1 Wellness Coaching for Women Our personalized coaching supports women in reconnecting with their vitality and voice. We help women navigate life’s challenges, align with their unique callings, and live with authenticity and intention. 3. Workplace Wellness Training & Workshops We bring wellness into the workplace by partnering with organizations to deliver workshops that enhance mental, emotional, and relational well-being. Our programs are designed to foster a healthy work culture and improve the overall well-being of teams. Our mission is to nurture, inspire, and awaken the inner vitality and integrity of every woman we work with. We believe that every woman holds unique wisdom and power, and our purpose is to guide them on their paths, helping them illuminate and impact their lives—personally, professionally, and within their communities. We are committed to fostering support, growth, and transformation through a compassionate and holistic approach. Our work empowers women to embrace their true selves, connect deeply with their inner wisdom, and navigate their lives with clarity and purpose.
