Every Step of the Way Since 1998, Quincy United Soccer Club has been investing in players, the community and the club. During this time our focus has always been to give all players the instruction they need to improve their skills, while building them up as individuals, and preparing them for high school and college ball. Over the past few years, our Director of Coaching has been working on creating a curriculum, that is consistent and focused, for all ages. This means that each year your player is trained with a purpose by licensed and dedicated coaches. We believe that players are developed over time and demanding perfection is harmful. Everyone likes to win, but it isn't winning if your players can't see the value of their growth. Taking a tie or loss and turning it into a positive, breeds an environment for growth. Our coaches are encouraged to focus on the development of the player and since most of them are former players and/or current high level coaches, they embrace this philosophy.
