About Quote Unquote
Quote Unquote, Inc. (QUQ) is Albuquerque's Community Media Center and non-profit operator of two TV channels on Comcast Cable: Encantada TV Channel 26 (Arts, Events, & Education) and Public Access TV Channel 27 (an outlet for Free Speech). QUQ staff are also founders of the Media Arts Collaborative Charter School (MACCS), New Mexico's very first state authorized charter school.
