Quotebojo is an investment fund exclusively invested in cryptocurrencies. We have identified three different ways to generate alpha through the cryptocurrency market. This three strategies are executed within the same fund. We go through them in detail here: a. Long only on large cap coins (Ether, Solana for ex.) and yield farming In concrete terms, the fund will select from the top 100 by market capitalisation those coins that it believes have potential for future value appreciation. The aim is to gain exposure to the cryptocurrencies that will still be around in the next 2-3 years. These coins will then be used to create interest through staking, lending or other forms of interest generation such as farming a new coin. b. Intense yield farming on stablecoins (USDC, USDT, etc) Stablecoins, as their names suggest, represent a safe bet for the purpose of generating value from the USD-labelled fund. The various blockchains and their decentralized applications provide new tools for generating interest in stablecoins. The fund aims to identify them and maximizes interest creation. There is therefore no directional exposure in this compartment of the fund. c. Conviction positions on micro-cap, ICO and IDO The best way to increase capital is by selecting projects at their genesis because the exposure to a value increase of the coin is at its peak. Of course, the approach is not without risk. Like a venture capital firm, small amounts are invested in many different new projects. Many projects will fail but those that succeed will guarantee an exponential return.
