We manage both public and private securities across all market caps and geographies , and spend most of our time in Europe , the US and Latin America , in industries where we are subject matter experts . QVIDTVM(pronounced quid tum, Latin for “what’s next”)was founded in 2019 by Burak Alici , and all the Principals previously worked together at Morgan Stanley , where Burak managed the MS Global Discovery Fund . Upon our founding in 2019, we were supported by a leading Univeristy Endowment and select Family Offices across the globe , who are still foundational investors , and work with clients who share our values of the belief in the power of compounding , business ownership(as opposed to stock speculation)and a long term outlook. We apply a unique and distinctive lens and approach to the market , which results in a portfolio that is both concentrated and differentiated, and has outperformed the market . We specialize in the under researched and undiscovered , and spend a great deal of time in the Founder and Family led space . We work closely with Founder and Family led businesses to provide opportunities for Growth and structural development, and engage all of our clients in a Think Tank like environment and partnership .
