QVT Financial LP, founded in 2003, is a multi-strategy investment advisor based in New York with over $1 billion of AUM. QVT's four Managing Members have led the firm since inception. In 2018, we launched the QVT Family Office Funds. Since inception, QVT has employed a focused investment research process that emphasizes a value orientation and independent thinking, complemented by disciplined risk management. For all of its fund offerings, QVT seeks to identify asymmetric risk/reward profiles and develop original, well-researched investment theses.
